Ingenious Things I have Assimilate from Unschooled Peoples

“Now is no time to think of what you do not have. Think of what you can do with what there is.”
1.  We can lucubrate something useful from anyone.
Whenever we find ourselves ignoring someone because we’ve already determined that they aren’t “smart” enough to say something meaningful, we’ve made a big mistake. Besides being presumptuous and arrogant, this mindset blocks out every useful thing the other person might pass along. Instead of just listening and mining the conversation for nuggets of wisdom, we allow our pre-existing bias to brand everything as “not smart enough for me.” Incredibly bad idea.
2. If you fail at first step, it really doesn’t mean you have a bad idea.
This one I learned from those children’s who goes home to home in search of some work for money and their daily food. They are not engineers or masters in doing difficult work, even though they go here and there in search of work and do works like cleaning, dusting, washing cars, gardening, etc.
3. Don’t ever let annoyer dispirit you – not even once.
Now, some might say this one is too dogmatic because it’s possible to allow annoyer to discourage you in the short term so you can get the upper hand in the long term. But the best advice I ever received about this came from a taxi driver who said, paraphrasing, “When you let annoyer dispirit you, the annoyer doesn’t necessarily win, but you definitely lose.” What he meant was, you lose upstairs where the loss takes a progressively worse toll on your psyche. Yes you can recover from that, but it’s going to take a lot more effort to bring your self-esteem up to par again than if you’d stood your ground to begin with.
4. The game of relationship exists in interchange and always will be.
If you can’t find it in yourself to return a favor, or give back more than you got when someone helped you out of a bind, then you are relationship handicapped. While this may seem like basic intuitive logic (and it is), it’s amazing how often it’s ignored. While relationships shouldn’t be tit for tat arrangements, the underlying willingness to reciprocate — even if it’s really hard to do —must be there for the relationship to grow and flourish. None of us are one-way streets.
5. You learn that’s good; But if you do its best.
Well, ok, this one is a little bit on the nose. Learning is more than good – it’s essential. Learning is the remedy that makes the human brain the most powerful organic decision-making and problem-solving tool on the planet. The main point here is that there’s a certain magic in doing that many people simply miss out on. You can learn a lot about car engines, but until you get under the hood and work on one, you can’t see just how remarkable an invention these machines we take for granted truly are. That’s one example of thousands, but the same principle applies.
6. You can outlive anything.
More than one person has said something like this to me, and I think it’s dead on right. Often it’s rumination about how we won’t survive this or that calamity that really gets us. But usually we can find the inner reserves to overcome just about anything, and will probably surprise ourselves that we pulled it off. I’m not saying it won’t hurt like hell, or bring us to our very brink, but we usually give ourselves far too little credit for being able to overcome difficulty.
7. Money is essential, but experience is priceless.
Experience is really important, and that’s the thing you can’t buy with money. When you buy something, you’ll enjoy that thing for a while, but our in-built tendency toward habituation will eventually assert itself and the thing will become yet another thing we own. When we invest in experience, however, we are buying memories, and new learning, and new ways of thinking, and a whole lot more.  Those are things that become part of who we are, and no physical item can touch that rupee for rupee.
8. Just be prepared.
Just be prepared…for anything. Quoting that inestimable philosopher, Mike Tyson, “Everyone has a plan – until they get punched in the face.”  Exactly.  So be ready to get punched in the face, and then refer back to #6 on this list.

“I WANT TO BE HAPPY”

Happiness - isn't that the thing that all of us strive to find and keep? Nobody is happy all of the time, but some people are definitely more fulfilled than others. Studies on what makes people happy reveal that it doesn't have much to do with material goods or high achievement; it seems to whittle down to your outlook on life, and the quality of your relationships with the people around you.

Most of us are still in the short, dark days of winter, but spring is on the way. Prepare your mindset by beating back the winter blues and making way for rebirth and happiness! Here are answers to your questions about bringing more happiness into your life.

Can being happy really help you live longer?

Yes! For a long time, it has been observed that happy people are less prone to heart disease, and modern science agrees. One study found that one in five patients with coronary heart disease comes from the population of the extremely depressed. Also, cancer researchers have found that laughter and joy increase levels of natural killer immune cells in your body, helping protect you from disease. Laughter also increases the release of endorphins, the compounds in your brain that give you a warm and fuzzy sense of well-being. Joyful people really do live longer and healthier lives.

What are the best ways to get happier?

Exercise is essential, not only for your mood, but for your overall health. Research is in agreement that regular exercise is a very effective treatment for depression. A study conducted demonstrated that 40 minutes of regular exercise could have an instant effect on mood.

Another helpful way to bring happiness into your life is to focus on the positive. Negative thinking is doing nothing to improve your mood. Try some of these: Start your day with a positive daily affirmation, practice reframing negative “problems” as positive “challenges”, begin a daily meditation practice, volunteer your time to help others, keep a list of what you are grateful for, or journal every day to release negative thoughts and emotions.

Find happiness in what you do

Many people expect the right job or the right career to dramatically change their level of happiness, but happiness research makes it clear that your level of optimism and the quality of your relationships eclipse the satisfaction you gain from your job. If you have a positive outlook, you will make the best of any job, and if you have good relationships with people, you won't depend on your job to give your life a greater sense of meaning. You'll find it in your interactions with the people you care about. Now that doesn't mean you shouldn't aspire towards a job that will make you happier; it means you should understand that the capacity of your job to make you happy is quite small in comparison to your outlook on life and your relationships with people.

When you're purposely trying to be happy or cheerful, but just can't seem to achieve it at the moment, do something crazy. Turn your favorite music up loud and do a stupid dance to it. Talk to yourself in the mirror. Try a new food. Rearrange your room in a weird way. Write a funny or inspiring quote on your mirror/wall/locker. Scream as loud as you can (warn your family first!). Bounce up and down, jump all around. Get your swimsuit on, go outside and turn the hose on yourself, if it's a hot day. It's stupid, crazy, weird stuff like that that seems pointless, but could actually lift your mood after you do it, just because you're glad you did it. Most fundamentally, recognise that happiness is a state of mind and not something which can be defined objectively. You can change your state of mind in many ways including these suggestions. When you're old enough and in a steady relationship, have a son or a daughter. Tell them often how much you love and admire him/her and do anything to help him/her. Keep in close touch with relatives and a small circle of friends. You can't beat their love and support. Don't be afraid to admit when you're down and need a lift. Don't expect them to be mind readers - say how you feel and what you need. Conversely, if there's a person in your life who is a negative influence and who is dragging you down in some way, don't be afraid to remove such a person from your life.

“Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect. It means that you've decided to look beyond the imperfections.”

“KEEP SMILING, BE HAPPY”

“Go Online” Boost your Sales

In the contemporary world of today the Internet has provided us with easy access to just about anything we might want from any corner of the globe. We are so dependent on the Net today that whenever we need something whether it is a product, a service or some information, we turn to the Net to find an answer. It is no wonder then that more and more business owners are now setting up shop on the Net by creating their own websites to promote and sell their products and services. E-marketing is definitely catching up as more and more people are realizing the benefits that online shopping can bring you. Marketing online is a great way to increase your customer base.

In today's business environment, a website is absolutely necessary. It provides an avenue for people to find you and find out more about you as they sit in the comfort of their homes, while waiting in line at the grocery store, sit on the commuter train, or wherever. Unfortunately too many business take the wrong approach to how they build and market their websites.

Most companies stop their website development once the site is developed, and then move into marketing mode. The website becomes another product they have to market, rather than building a website that is the marketing vehicle for their products and services. We talk about website promotion quite a bit, which we understand is the process of getting the site visibility on the search engines. But getting people to the website is not the end goal.

The website is just another something the business must have in order to do business, but it never fully succeeds in being a tool that works for them to generate business.

Online marketing is different from off-line marketing, primarily in that you have to promote the very tool you use as a promotion for your business. With radio and TV you don't have to go out of your way to get people to listen. You run the ads and people do or don't. Websites must first be optimized in order to help improve traffic and visibility before they can be used as a business generating tool.

The Internet technology is something that has really changed our lives. By making use of email and websites we are now able to operate a business, advertise, network and keep in touch with our employees, suppliers and customers. If you do not have much of a budget and cannot afford a big marketing campaign then you may like to try out e-marketing. It is not only less expensive than printed ads, radio or TV ads but a lot of products get sold by marketing online.

For those of you thinking about an occupation in web marketing, you should be aware that there are a lot of traps and dead ends before you can profit at all on the web. You have to have persons who are well-versed in Internet marketing, who actually make considerable dollars online, to direct you through the mine field of wrong turns to success.

If you decide to be a vendor, you will need to fabricate or pay someone else to design and build a web site for you. You will have to register a domain name for that web site and then pay a company to host it for you on one of their servers.

Internet marketing or e-marketing is different from person to person marketing and print advertising but there are some strategies that you can make use of to reach out to your customers so that they buy your products or services online. We will discuss here some of the most effective and popular techniques used for marketing online.

I am not stating that these so-called web marketing kings are not stuffing cash in their pockets online but most of them are just selling you bits and pieces of the puzzle or old, outmoded strategies that no longer work. The net is a fast developing marketplace with colossal competition for whatever you want to put on the market. Finding a small, exclusive niche means less competition but it also may mean that not many individuals are actively looking for the product that you are marketing.

The trick is to hit upon a web marketing niche that has a lot of queries but relatively little competition. You can use a keyword research tool site like the Google Adwords Keyword Tool to see the number of recent queries (sorted in descending order). To easily locate the Google Adwords Keyword Tool, just do a Google search for "keywords tool". It will be the one at the top of the first page.

The first thing to keep in mind when you begin marketing online is to use information that is very clear on your website. The people who visit your website will read the content only if it is interesting and easily understood. Like they say the first impression is the last impression so it is better to build your website in such a way that your prospective customers like your website at first sight. Even if your content is good but the look of your website is far from appealing then your website visitors might not even bother to give it a second look so your website should appear attractive for successful e-marketing.

For marketing online your website should not only be informative but also be categorized in an appropriate manner; also, you should first decide which category your website falls in. If it happens to be one related to finance, then the subcategories that your website contains should have something to do with finance like stocks, insurance, mortgages and loans. If any of the content does not fall in that category then the website will end up confusing the visitors. E-marketing involves submitting your website to social bookmarking sites as well as to article directories with information about your products or services.

Once you have reached that place, you are only partially there. You still have to market and promote your site or no one will even be aware that it is there. Here's where the real web marketing work comes in. You will learn all the things you can do for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) including penning articles for article submission sites in order to create one-way, inbound links. You can also register yourself on various web sites, forums, blogs and educational (.edu) web sites and leave comments and inbound links there.

You will have to find major ways to attract online traffic to your web site, blog or to an affiliate landing page and you will find out that relevant, highly targeted traffic is the only online traffic that is worth having. Highly targeted traffic means people who are very interested in the very kind of products you are selling and are looking to buy right now. Would you have more luck selling a refrigerator to an Eskimo in an igloo or to a man in Florida whose old refrigerator just died and who desperately needs a new fridge before all his food spoils?

At this point, you are probably beginning to notice that web marketing success requires more than transforming your computer into an automatic teller machine with a big red "dispense free money" button. If you are discouraged at this point, I don't blame you but here's the good news:

There are a sizeable number of individuals who, by determined work or good fortune, have found a way (or ways) to position themselves to make gigantic amounts of revenue online each day, month after month, year after year. Most of them are oriented towards selling you a small part of what they know about web marketing for a cost (but not all of what they know for fear that you will become their competition.) This is reasonable but, does not, in itself, help you to find your way through the mine field and to the entrance to the money vault.

There are a few Internet marketing gurus who have a better point of view and are oriented towards selling you their expertise for a reasonable price. They were once where you are now and they sincerely want to help. They know that your wallet is not brimming over with cash like theirs is now and so they will keep their charge within easy reach to just about any person who is willing to learn and work. You still won't get all the parts to the puzzle in one place (although their pitch pages will make it look like you can), but with some exploration and patience you will be able to find all the working parts and assemble them yourself into a coherent, workable plan.

Look for various friendly web marketing gurus. They are around and they will often have rapid ways for you to make money immediately on the Internet to start you off while you are studying all they have to teach you on the subject of Internet marketing. Be advised that a large number of so-called "gurus" are promoting outmoded schemes or computer programs that simply cannot work out for you in the long run. Slogging through this mire takes time, conscious awareness and persistence,

Nonetheless, you can find big money in the not-too-distant future as you take the time to learn and put into action the expertise you have attained. Knowledge is everything. Learn from individuals who actually know their stuff, who are actually making genuine money on the web themselves and can corroborate it and who are oriented towards helping you get started for a reasonable price tag.

I hope you realize the fact that, in this article, I have given you some very valuable information which I gained as I, like you, walked down the road to web success. It's a great road and it can lead to undreamed of riches, if you Never Give Up and if you are receptive to the idea of learning from all the wrong turns you are sure to make. Just keep your eye on the goal at the end of the road. When something doesn't work out, ask yourself why and learn from that. Each step of the path, you will be absorbing more and more, giving you the expertise you will have to have to get where you are headed. Best wishes for your success!

Politicians India

We Are India

After very long controversies in the parliament regarding further increase in Payments of MP’s which was the matter being raised by all the political parties including BJP and Congress, an additional increase of 10000 is added to the Payment as incentives of the MP’s.

Already on the MP’s Demand the Payment has been raised from R16,000 to R50,000 but MP’s need more as this is their habit. Instead of raising the problems of Common Man who is suffering 1000′s of problems they raised their problem.

Instead of raising the problem due to flood in Delhi, Common Wealth Games, Terrorism Control and many more they are fighting on the matters of Payment. Are they our Representatives or their own.

Today in India no MP will be having property less than Crores (if we leave some exception as exceptions are always there). Even if the MP’s are not paid a single Rupee then also there will be no problem at all in their Livelihood. Let me tell that In India People are also surviving by a daily earning of Rs.20/-

Now what do you think friends, because it is we Indian Common People who get effected.

Do Stress Management Get Relaxed in Life

stress management, life management, time management, meditation, relaxed life, reduce stress, way to managed lifeEveryone is in stress. One who is earning and also one who is not, everyone from student to working professional, men at office or women working at home. But what is stress? Have you ever think of that, how we get stressed? Stress is nothing but the unmanaged way of living life, a good and managed way of living life can reduce stress. Thats what we called stress management.
Managing your time, life, body can reduce stress and you can get relief from stress.

Here are some steps which can help you in reducing stress in life:

  • lie in bed, close your eyes and focus on the good things and emotions you experience that day. Relive them in your mind…and then open yourself up and let them go out of you…picture them releasing out of your mind and body.
  • Focus on what you have planned for tomorrow. Your large & small goals. Picture them in your mind as if they’ve already happened, as if you no longer desire them because they’re already yours. Then, release this feeling of wanting them and imagine it flowing out of your mind and out of your body

Get Creative to Relieve Stress

This is my experience to relieve stress manage life for good time and happy life Shilpa Shetty is living stressfree and managing life and stress.

Shilpa Shetty is living stressfree and managing life and stress. There are many things we can do to relieve stress, ranging from small routine changes (such as avoiding rush hour traffic) to large drastic life changes (such as quitting our stressful jobs!). At the smaller end of the scale, I believe one of the best ways that you can relieve stress is to 'get creative'.
This is my experience to relieve stress manage life for good time and happy life
What can you do to get creative? Anything you like, as long as 'you' do the creating! It could be physical or mental creativity (preferably both), big or small. For example, is it about time you changed your garden around? Changed those dull old patio slabs? Now would be a good idea to get creative.

To relieve stress you have to do something you can be proud of. You
need to be able to stand back and say to yourself, `Yep, I did that and I did a terrific job'.

Take the example above, if you're not physically able (and would have to employ someone to do the labouring for you) you could still design the garden yourself! Teach yourself a little about landscape gardening and design the best garden you can.

If you are able to labour for yourself, design and build it entirely yourself! And most important of all, give yourself a pat on the back once you've finished and be proud of your hard work. But it doesn't have to be so big (or so expensive). You could make a model aeroplane, do your own painting, and make something from clay, or anything at all.

One of my friends recently bought his own materials and built a magnificent kite! He said it felt great to finish it, but when he stood back and actually saw his achievement (i.e. when it was flying) he felt truly elated. Now that's stress relief! Form a personal point of view, having suffered with a phobia of public speaking for so long, I always wanted to set up my own website -to be able to communicate in another way, freely, without the troubles I would usually have.

When I eventually found a way to set up my site the pride and sense of achievement I felt was enormous. And with that pride and achievement came the stress relief I was after. So from the examples above I hope you can see how you too can get creative to relive stress. The list of things you could do is endless.

Now it's time for the hard part. . . getting started!
